How much will shipping cost and is there an option to get free shipping?
Shipping and handling is a flat rate of $4.95 on all orders under $30 and free for orders $30 or more!

For non-personalized/in stock items, what's the typical processing/shipping time?
Stock (non-custom) items ship within 24 hours. As for shipping time, we use USPS and it's typically 2 to 5 days depending on weight and distance. Once we create your shipping label, it can take up to 24 hrs for your tracking number to register in USPS's system.

For personalized items, what's the typical turn around time?
Order turn around for personalized items depends on the volume of orders in the queue at any given time. It can take between 2 - 9 days plus shipping. As for shipping time, we use USPS and it's typically 2 to 5 days depending on weight and distance. Once we create your shipping label, it can take up to 24 hrs for your tracking number to register in USPS's system.

What's the difference between the Saving Options?
On a few of our personalized items, you can select from two budget friendly options: Super Saver or Premium. Below is an overview of your saving options, however, check each listing for specific details on how the options work for that particular item.

     1. Super Saver Option: Save money by selecting the super saver option. With this option, keychains and charms come with an easy to remove protective covering. Your order will include a tool to quickly peel off the covering.

     2. Premium Option: Select the premium option and your keychains will come with the tape removed and the rings, tabs, and charms (depending on the saving option you select for the charms) installed, ready to hand out. With this option, the keychains are shipped without the covering and can't be easily painted. Note: Premium has changed and the keychains no longer come individually bagged. Because of this we lowered the premium price.

What countries do you ship to?
Unfortunately, we only ship to the US and US Territories at this time.

I can't find the 3D printed charms I saw on social media and/or have bought in the past, am I missing them?
Unfortunately, we had to stop making the 3D printed items, however, we are working on colored acrylic versions that are cut out using a Glowforge laser printer. We don't have an exact date for when they will be ready, but it will likely be the beginning of 2023.               

I can't find the 3D printed keychains I've bought in the past, am I missing them?
Unfortunately, we had to stop making them and they are no longer available. We hope you will consider our acrylic keychains.                

Are there anything in your kits that are considered small parts?
Bead chains, rings, small keychains, and connectors, as well as charms, are all considered small parts and are not suitable for children under 3. Parents/adults should exercise caution.
